While mongi applies professional diligence to every engagement, no specific financial, operational, or fundraising outcome is guaranteed. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time and on professional judgment; ultimate business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Information shared by a client in the course of an engagement will be treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation, or with the client's consent.
The mongi name, logo, and the content, design, and structure of this website are the property of Mongiwethu Gumbo unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement are governed by the terms of the relevant engagement letter.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mongi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. This clause does not limit liability for matters that cannot be excluded under South African law, and does not affect the specific liability terms agreed in a separate engagement letter.
This Site may link to third-party websites or profiles (such as LinkedIn) for convenience. mongi is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
